Every Swedish accounting program can export SIE 4. It takes a minute, and your accountant can do it for you.

The first time, last year and this year to date. Then once a month, after you close the books. Before anything is shown, we check that the file balances.

What you get each month
Your accounting program already has charts. Itogix writes the month for you: what happened, why it matters and which numbers you can rely on. Ready to send to the owner or the board.
Which numbers are final
Each month shows whether the books are closed and what is missing compared with earlier months, such as depreciation or payroll that has not been posted yet.
Profit, cash and balance sheet
By month and year to date, against last year and your budget if you add one. Each chart comes with one plain sentence about what it shows.

Your data
- Stored in Germany. Servers in Nuremberg (Hetzner Online GmbH). Itogix is operated by CaviTech GmbH, Vienna, Austria.
- Read-only by nature. A file cannot change anything in your accounting program.
- Kept only as long as needed. We keep the latest file for each fiscal year, encrypted. You can delete it at any time; everything is deleted 30 days after you leave.
- Covered by a data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR, part of every contract. Your data is not used to train AI models.

For accounting firms
You already have your clients' files. Upload them, and each client gets a monthly report under their own login. We are looking for a few accounting firms to try this with their clients first: tell us about your firm and we will agree the terms together.
Questions
Which programs are supported?
Any program that exports SIE 4, which in Sweden means practically all of them.
Our fiscal year does not start in January.
For now Itogix works with fiscal years that follow the calendar year, plus a shorter first year of a new company. Choose "Other" in the request form and we will tell you when other fiscal years are supported.
Can our accountant upload the file?
Yes. Invite them to your company in Itogix as an administrator: administrators upload files and can also manage users and budgets. If you prefer, they send you the file and you upload it yourself.
What is in the file?
Your chart of accounts and every posting with its date, amount and description. Descriptions can contain customer or supplier names; they are processed under the data processing agreement and are never shown outside your company's own Itogix.
Why a file and not a direct connection?
A file works with every program in your country on the first day, needs no IT work and gives us nothing more than your accountant already shares. If you use Microsoft Business Central, you can connect it directly.
